在贵司仓库办理提货手续时，如果贵司提出随货附带“送货清单”或“装箱单”或“配送单”等类似单据并明确要求指定收货人签收随货单据的，我司会在派送货物时按贵司要求的指定收货人在托运单、“送货清单”或“装箱单”或“配送单”等全套单据上一并签章收讫。
我司提供给贵司的经由贵司指定收货人签收后的单据（例如：托运单、“送货清单”、“装箱单”、“配送单”等各种单据）保证是清晰、完整、真实、正确。
业务接口人

为了确保与贵司日常业务的顺畅进行，我司会指定一名主要接口人和备份接口人与贵司业务责任人进行日常业务沟通；无论贵司的业务需求将涉及到我司或其国内各地分公司、分支机构、合作代理的任何部门的任何人，我司都会由上述的主要接口人或备份接口人负责与贵司业务责任人进行日常业务的沟通。
我司主要接口人员或备份接口人会积极地通过Email、电话、传真、手机等通讯方式随时主动地向贵司业务责任人通报出运货物的即时储运状态并进行业务沟通。
我司会安排具有丰富运输仓储经验的操作人员作为贵司业务责任人的接口人。
我司包括我司接口人员保证能够在正常工作时间以外、周末、节假日期间加班办理贵司货物的出运派送业务，从而最大化地满足贵司发运货物的需求。

Our company will arrange operators with rich experience in transportation and warehousing as the contact person of your company's business responsible person.
Our company, including our interface personnel, ensures that we can work overtime outside normal working hours, weekends and holidays to handle the delivery business of your company's goods, so as to maximize the demand of your company's goods delivery.
