办理贵司货物的出运手续时，如果发生了任何不正常的情况，我司会在第一时间通过Email和电话通报到贵司业务责任人。
当贵司的货物不能按照预定计划从起运地出运时，我司会在第一时间通过Email和电话通报到贵司业务责任人，同时立即采取积极有效的补救措施。在得到贵司业务责任人的处理意见后按依据执行。
把贵司货物送达贵司指定收货人之前，如果我司预见将不能按时按地送达货物，我司会向贵司业务责任人通过Email和电话通报货物的即时状态和不能按时按地送达的具体原因，同时采取积极有效的补救措施。
我司会在每天上午10点以前将前一天的提货、发运、派送等信息、并在每天下午5点以前将当天的提货、发运、派送等信息，通过Email和电话通报到贵司业务责任人。
当贵司向我司咨询在途货物的运输状态时，我司会立即通过Email和电话把该货物的即时状态回复到贵司业务责任人。
贵司也可登录我司网站查询所发运货物的即时状态。

Our company will send the information of picking up, shipping and delivery of the previous day before 10 a.m. every day, and the information of picking up, shipping and delivery of the same day before 5 p.m. every day to the business person in charge of your company through email and telephone.
When your company inquires about the transportation status of the goods in transit, our company will immediately reply the immediate status of the goods to the person in charge of your company's business via email and telephone.
